• By today we are hoping to have heard from everyone with groups over 50. We have only heard from a couple of you. Knowing this will help us be better prepared.

• Night Show audiences are reminded to please enter as a group and follow the ushers instructions. To make seating most efficient, please make sure your students are fed, watered, and toileted prior to seating. No individual tickets will be issued, but the ushers will have record of your numbers and will seat your group in their reserved seating.

• Suggestion: If you are attending a night show, consider putting your supper order in to your restaurant ahead of time. Last year we had a group miss the concert due to taking longer than anticipated. We are hoping that doesn’t happen to anyone else.

• We have had a couple of bands have to cancel their performance in “Moosic in the Park” resulting in spaces available on Tuesday, May 12 @ 1:30 and 2:00 as well as Wednesday, May 13 @ 1:00. Consider adding this FREE opportunity to your schedule. Email to request a time.
