Please note that EACH VENUE HAS DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE and we will try to provide the most optimal experience at each. This page is the official list for each venue. WARMUP SPACES: All band warmup spaces will have chairs and stands.

MOOSIC IN THE PARK - Crescent Park Amphitheatre: music stands & clothespins, bass drum, orchestra bells, snare drum, suspended cymbal, table for auxiliary percussion. NOTE: There is no warmup space for the amphitheatre. Groups are asked to keep cases and belongings on the cleared side of the venue, and to vacate the space soon after your performance in order to make it available for the next group.

Please bring your own LABELLED extension cords if you use them. They will not be provided, and the receptacle might be further away than you expect.

Please label all equipment belonging to your group, and check upon leaving that nothing is left behind. Note: it is easy for us to return equipment left behind if it is labelled, but impossible if it is not.
