Nadine Ghiglione, Concert Band Clinician from Regina, SK
Nadine Ghiglione is a music educator known for her dedication to student success in instrumental music. For over three decades she has been teaching within the Regina Catholic School Division at both high school and elementary levels, shaping and nurturing young musical talents. Nadine received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Saskatchewan studying saxophone with Professor Marvin Eckroth. Nadine's ensembles have been consistently recognized for their commitment to excellence in music performance. Both her high school and elementary groups at the Regina Downtowners Optimist Band Festival have received numerous Awards of Excellence for Outstanding Performance, showcasing her exceptional leadership and talent of her students. Invitations to attend and perform at MusicFest Canada and the Rocky Mountain Festival in Banff, AB also reflect the high level of performance and dedication both Nadine and her students have reached in her career. Nadine has served in multiple roles within the Saskatchewan Band Association’s executive board as treasurer, member-at-large and on multiple committees. She has also been both a saxophone clinician and conductor at numerous band camps across the province and has been a presenter at the Saskatchewan Band Conference.
